Process for applying land in JIADA.
- Please open your window and search https://advantage.jharkhand.gov.in/
- After that please click on the login button.
- Please enter your login Id & password and click on the login button.
- And If you are a first time user than please click on the new registration button and verify your account and after that you can generate your login ID and password
- After login into the Jharkhand Government portal, please click on the Land Bank option under this option you can see the JIADA option than click on it.
- After the clicking on it, you can see the JIADA Current Open Notification for Land Allotment. than click on the apply button.
- After the clicking on it, Please select the land area and plot and than click to the search button or you can directly select your land from the given land options.
- After selecting your land, you can see a notification for the required document lists for this than click on the proceed button.
- After that you have to fill this form and click on the save and proceed button.
- Similarly, you have to fill out all the required forms which are available on the top side of that form.
- The Regional Director on behalf of MD JIADA shall complete land allotment process within 75 days from the date of publication of notification of vacant plot.
